My favorite graphic in chapter two depicts a funny Freak Out Scale – #1 Calm Down, #2 You’re Fine, and #10 Curl Up in a Ball and Cry! It also includes other eye-catching artwork scattered throughout the text. This story is written with a lot of humor and fun comic panels. He is grateful for his best friend Abby who is his biggest support. He forms a unique group of friends while undergoing enormous challenges. The reader discovers his alter ego Batpig, just what it sounds like – a pig with a Batman mask! He writes and draws Batpig to help him maneuver through his health challenges and relationship issues.Īt the story’s core is the ups and downs of how Ross’s life unfolds and changes.
